Minimum Order Value

For first time and existing wholesale customers of My Tackie Tees LLC at this time there is no minimum** order spend. (**minimum order spend is subject to change with written notice to said vendors 4 months in advance) all items are available for wholesale; excluded are products/goods under the kid's 

 

How to Order

Orders are accepted online only at www.mytackietees.com

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. All authorized retailers will receive a discount based of quantity:

*1,000 items or less 40% off the MSRP

*1,001 or more 50% off MSRP

plus the cost of shipping on all orders. We cover the cost of postal insurance. Taxes will apply; (if you are tax exempt tax amount will be refunded within 10 business days if collected).

 

MSRP

Products and goods purchased from My Tackie Tees LLC shall only be sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the wholesale account holder chooses to place the product or goods for sale at a discount, the wholesale account shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP.

 

Shipping

All orders are subject to shipping; It is taken into consideration per the quantity of the order. ALL ORDERS will be shipped to My Tackie Tees LLC first; labeled with UPC codes and tags before being shipped to your location. shipping charged up to 10% of total order.

 

Delivery Window

Based on quantity please allow up to 45 days to receive your order because of tagging; if your order is delayed you will receive and email notification. You will receive notification of the shipping to My Tackie Tees as will as the repackaging to your store/address location.

 

International Orders

Canada and UK only at this time.

 

Payments

My Tackie Tees LLC accept credit card payments only (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). We do not offer net 30 etc at this time. Payment is rendered to us upon order placement.

 

Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to our PO Box within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons.

No returns are acceptable without My Tackie Tees LLC prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged to the customer. For any goods retuned as 'unsuitable' there is a re-stocking charge of 15% in addition to the shipping change (this does not include unsold item buyback) please send and email to wholesale@mytackietees.com to request returns. For items that are returned in good condition we will supply a store credit to said buyer/retail store to use at a later date.

 

No Return on Unsold Stock

My Tackie Tees LLC (wholesaler) does not accept or participate in return for unsold stock items via refund nor store credit. We have a no minimum purchase policy at this time which allows a purchaser to order a sample amount of items to sell in their establishment or online.
